Frames are mailed within 5 to 7 business days. When having prescription lenses added, the delivery time depends on when the order is placed.
Our policy is a 30-day return or exchange of your eyewear. We are happy to exchange your frames for a different pair if you are not satisfied. However please check with your provider before requesting a refund to an FSA card. FSA funds must be used during a defined time period. Refunds for returns received within 30-day will be issued for the frames only.
